well it hasnt actually been paid yet by plv as such...even thou the government has the bond..we need to supply the ore to the customer to fulfill the contract.....so do you classify it as an asset already. Its an asset that will have to be paid back if they dont supply the ore. Sort of like buying an item from harvey norman on a 1 year interst free no payment till 2014.....you have the asset but until you pay harvey norman it actually has no value to you in monetery terms
