My thoughts on the timing of the new ceo are that it was planned for the 1st of March, negotiations were to be completed by then. Negotiations were not completed as happens. The new ceo was appointed as agreed. No cloak and dagger, just business.

I would love to stay and chat but am going to have a look around Tokyo.. some here need to get out more.
