I am more convinced than ever that good times are not far away. Look how Acap bounced today and yes a change in substantial holding , someone has been getting set and they drained it perfectly. Whose to say that the same play is not happening with CNN and Dia.
They like to get set at cheaper prices and the lack of news is helping that play.

Again there is too much on the go and news is beckoning.
