I rang the @rseholes myself!!! The deal is pretty much negotiated, but (my take is) the buyer (assume OH) does not need to rush. Contracts (in a general sense for major assets) tend to take a while to hammer out, and unfortunately I don't think Nickelbum fears admin enough to just get a reasonable price and move onto the more important stuff (the banks). The banks weren't worried if they got US$150m or US$200m - a quick sale was a good sale and it has not happened.
