AC, in my view the naysayers are so negative and fearful they never get to buy when stocks are in the recovery mode. Out of pure frustration at "not having the gonads to buy" they take out their frustrations on investors who have " seen the forest through the trees" and decided to invest in the recovery.
Negatively minded investors will never make good investors in my opinion, you have to have a belief that, despite the gloom companies can, and do, recover from the abyss. I couldn't care less about shorters either, they balance the market but can not overcome the ultimate direction of a company. Growth and profitability are a force that nobody can reckon with!
