As a shareholder in ALQ I do not understand your post. The company recieved a bid, it was rejected (which I am happy about because I think it also undervalues it) and ALQ lives on. I do not see the problem at all? If the directors recommended the $5.35 the I would have strong reservations but what has played out is all fine as far as I am concerned.
