The big boys rule the roost, always have and always will.

But pity that Tom, Dick, and Harry are blind-sided by the news that this creates, to actually stop and think about the mechanics of this situation, and who is pulling the strings, and for what reason and why.

Let's chuck a couple of 30 year old kids in jail for small time mate to mate borderline insider trading, but hey when the big boys want to roll the dice nothing is thought twice.

As a shareholder in ALQ I do not understand your post. The company recieved a bid, it was rejected (which I am happy about because I think it also undervalues it) and ALQ lives on. I do not see the problem at all? If the directors recommended the $5.35 the I would have strong reservations but what has played out is all fine as far as I am concerned.
