Someone has been looking at BTA for years.
Sell pressure artificially maintained high, buyer and seller numbers static, buy and sell depth static, and yet millions of shares traded.
It's like a perfectly designed vacuum cleaner gently accumulating all the shares not held firmly as the price sweeps up and down.
