My point is that the $1.1B in funding is "grey" also. The announcement that was titled "confirmation of this funding", opened its first paragraph by saying nearly completed the raising. This is not a done deal until they have it and it is confirmed to market. This is what people are waiting on and why nervous nellies sell as soon as they see the SP start to drop. They think someone else knows something, so they run to the hills!
