combi...it looks like professioanal capping and accumulation from my experience........4.6c is definately acumulation level b4 the BIG move up....i think the news is out in regards to Mexican Govt acceptance which should be due anytime soon......this is purely a formality and subject to acceptance ...HGR will proceed to export to Mexico.......IMMEDIATELY...STAY TUNED and you should see a significant re rating ...
