Games are afoot . . . . preceding comment and their subsequent outcome(s) demonstrate that TAP is in an interesting position at the moment - the Thai guy has a substantial stake in Tap as well as the Manora oil field. (FACT - refer to recent stock releases).
Law suits abound between TAP and the Thai guy (FACT - refer to recent stock releases).
The key game being played here is who ultimately gets to control Tap - the majority of shareholders or a minority shareholder?
Not all posts are necessarily in the best interests of the majority of shareholders - self interested individuals are trying to influence that key objective of control without paying the majority of shareholders a premium for that gift / right. A cap or downward influence on TAPs share price may go to achieve that objective.
Like all financial transactions, everyone should do their own research before taking action - especially wrt to TAP.
Cheers and good luck to all.
