The reason that they have gone into suspension is so they can announce to the market 'fully' and rumours may not be leaked out to affect the share price, which is exactly the point that you have been continually raising. you are now contradicting your previous position.
It just shows how much has been leaked when a deal like this is coming to fruition and the price was heading south, if price sensitive info had been leaked about this as you keep suggesting, the price surely would have risen??
This is not just about a capital raising as all the information that has been put out has displayed.
The intricacies of the deal needs to be nutted out, shareholders need to be advised, which is what is taking place behind the scenes.
With all this 'speculation' as to what is happening how do you expect the company to trade fairly??
Dont you see this as the correct format and protocol that the directors have taken??
