one other thing to be taken into acount is the recent negotiations that took place with SAEDF.
they have just completed a deal with them that involves scrip and options that can be exercised 3 years from now.
I find it difficult to believe that a deal would be announced on the 12th sept with them (knowing that 'merger' negotiations are on the table close to completion)
Unless they new of the possible future position of mintails could that be considered unethical that that could happen?? (deals being struck if they knew they were to be taken over)
I am not 100 % convinced that this is a takeover.
You are right about one thing ... Time will tell.
