this type of churning is standard fair and should actually make you feel more confident that someone actually wants it to go up. Remember that WTE has absolutely squillions of shares on issue so a serious move to transport the stock by over 25% is going to require a lot of work.
By all means contact the ASX but a/ they wont do anything and b/ even if they did I fear you would find you had scored an 'own goal'.
