This thing is perfect to UG mine without having to move large volumes of waste dirt. Its all about the geometry. 2 lenses spaced far enough apart to extract both. Favourable dip for drill and blast. Perfect grades widths to allow all level development in wide ore zones paying their own way and then some. Stope spans are pushing max widths for stability in long hole open stoping but 100% extraction is possible and the grades speak for themselves. 4 million+ for a decline to the ore, 1 50mx50m stope would pay for that more than twice over. This deposit is a pearler. Mineralisation getting better witdths and grades at depth.
Don't stress, long term project. 50% interest will still be good when CBH take over for a premium price after all is said and drilled and in ground value proven.$$$$$$
