    SP will have to be 3.3 or higher for all options to be exercised.

    At 3.1 most would not bother, just buy heads for 3 on a dip.
    3.2 some may some may not, for every 1m options $30k needed in cash.

    I have a "few" oppies and at 3.1 would not bother.
