Unsure of any games,
SH and management would surely want the $45m from the options in the short term, or are they looking at a longer terms view when $45m will mean a lot less than an extra 1.5b shares.
But with the current market and opportunities that are out there an extra $45m could be rewarded two or three fold.
Time will tell
