No it doesnt mention the other 60,000 units that were suppose to be part of the trial in between jan to march this year but im pretty sure that the trial will only be 5000 now, so everything can be completed by the end of march and approvals by june/july
Thats if theres no more stuff ups.
Only my opinion of course.
