Pretty much how i see it.I have been in Valad for about 18 months and have averaged down to a point where last friday i could get out with money intact,i decided to take it as i had way too much money in this one stock compared to the risk i felt i was taking and the amount of time that might elapse before a recovery in REIT'S.
I still believe this company will survive ,it has good management if a little tardy on announcements.if you are prepared to wait and take the white knuckle ride there may be rich rewards,i just think at the moment the property sector world wide is taking a battering and it is going to take IMHO years for a return to better conditions for REIT'S,but who knows, i do not have a crystal ball,good luck to all holders.
