I'm curious but does anyone have data that shows the company is actually being shorted?? I think James said at one point he thought it was being shorted but was this confirmed. I'm no market expert so I don't even know how you prove something is being shorted, is there some sort of register that must be kept with asx or something detailing shares that have specifically been borrowed and sold to short the company?
I'm curious if there is hard data to support this as shorting seems like a huge risk, I would think they would only short a company that is obviously in its death throes, as most of those companies currently making the news in USA are.
