Im more and more impressed, Honestly the first week we saw 3-4 good talents that could actually do well at most out of the 150ish people.

Now almost 80% of videos on there are proper talented people, I don't doubt the team's approach now with going for performers first.... Makes so much sense seriously, long term wise its much better than the straight get everybody in and then they're bored as theres no real talent yet
