    yes the company seems quite excited about Cyprus.

    I am still baffled why they have requested a trading halt, just to announce a new customer. That is NOT normal, and they have not done so in the past.

    Imagine if each time any company signed a new customer they had a trading halt. Most companies would never actually trade.

    To me, this is bigger than signing a new customer - otherwise I cannot see justification for the halt.
