    Hi ski9k I think the sticking point is ganfeng want control+ 100% of the output from feb 2020,also the output of the mine has been improved to all 6% product thus increasing its value. I believe min & nmt need that output to feed the proposed chem plant in the short term, until hnr could come online?????
