Hi
I wonder if anyone has an idea on how much Ganfeng is paying MIN, for the Spod. from Mt Marion.
I believe they have a 50/50 joint venture but the offtake or some of it, is processed by Ganfeng into Hydroxide i believe...
Does MIN gets a cut out of hydroxide of get paid the Spod per tone?
I am trying to make sense of current discrepancy in Li markets pricing, just wonder if is better to have an offtake with a Chinese partner or sell directly into other markets, or with other western partners.
I know often it depend on contracts and agreements, but also aften, we shareholder are kept in the dark regarding these financial agreements......how one is supposed to make investment decisions, without knowing the potential revenue and fundamentals of a project, which is maybe 1 or 2 years away to completion?
Thank you
