Lynas in Malaysia is working. It recently had a profitable QR.
Lynas is not in Malaysia to make "the gang of three" happy.
As pointed out by @ausheds there's a group of greenies from a red planet perhaps... "jamie and the gang". They could hinder Lynas in Oz. Allowing Lynas to work another seven years in Malaysia isn't a likely. A two party soft exist plan would likely require a $100 US million bond or something to that effect. A soft exist plan would have to be a Lynas business plan. The only likely "the gang of three" will allow is work stop, waste shipped, plant removed. IMO
