The trails Judge granted this jerk a seperrate trial. He got it. Now he complains, and because the jusdge says that the trial judge erred in giving him a seperate tial. If he hadn't have got it he would have appealed.
The judicary has been, and continiues to forget that they represent society in the matter of law.
We can debate via this forum until the cows come home. Lets just say I believe we need laws. But society sets those laws, not the judges.
