Comeon carls. What are you saying, that we should have let this guy off? Get consistent please.

The fact is he terrorised his cousin for years, raping her whenever he was supposed to be driving her to school. They put him in jail, he was out after 3 months. She decided to get him when he came round for revenge for dobbing him, and she made what happened seem much worse than what actually happened, by carving her vagina up.

But ABSOLUTELY no evidence was presented as to her doing it herself, it was something I worked out during the trial, only came out years later.

Beyond reasonable doubt, the guy was guilty on the evidence presented to us. It wasnt my job to hypothesise what really happened, or to tell the other jurors about it. It was my job as foreman to get a consensus, not to make up apparently far fetched theories that that would hang the jury, even if they were actually true.
