Gang violence will become an election issue in Vic

Easy for Labor - get their mates to ferry some cash to the gang leaders and get them to stay away for awhile for the sheet storm to pass over.. meanwhile get them some freebie Playstations and a couple of (hundreds) bongs. That should pacify them when election time is near
