What's disappointing is the numerous promises broken and no explanation from Chris. Take the recycling project, they were doing pilot plant last year and targeted to finish by end of 2017. All of the sudden, no news nothing until now. They only need about $5m to make 1. With the 2 divis, they could easily built 3 recycling plants.
What's going on? Hot air?
Who could guarantee that the split would take place next year? Perhaps it's just propaganda?
