William Delbert Gann from Lufkin TX. Born on June 6, 1878. Gann started trading in 1902 at the age of 24 and moved to New York in 1908. Opened a brokerage office at 18th and Broadway.
Later, Gann retired to Florida, opened an advisory service, and began to explain his theories in practical terms.
At this point Gann wrote several books and publications.
Gann died on June 14th, 1955, in Brooklyn, New York. His wife, three daughters, and a son survived him.

Mr. Gann made, in the presence of our representative,

two hundred and eighty-six transactions in various stocks, on both the long and short side of the market.
