JC, its a bit of a fundamentle play Oil, the only reason why it is down is becuase emergence crude imports from the UK have been getting flogged on the markets, shipments of this stoped last week so the true effects from the hurricanes will come through very soon as a lot of gulf production is still not online.
If you compare it to natural gas - which there is no emergency supplies, crude should have gone to 110.
