I read somewhere that there was a " rare flower " discovery near the water area where INR is proposing the build? And there will be future negotiations and talks to re-home this particular flower which could lead to delays in permits ...

it's like saying we desperately want green energy but we also want all the flowers too and blue clouds only and sometimes singing clouds and slay rides in the summer

but seriously , I believe INR will negotiate this; there is huge $$$ involved here and INR will definitely be pushing for permits
