And good luck whether you get in this week or not, just make sure you research a lot.
For example what you mentioned re the buckwheat, we all knew about around a year ago and could foresee it up to two years ago.
So if you want in, just get that horse in front of your cart and you should feel more like you made a controlled and decisive investment (no matter which direction it goes) as opposed to having a stab or gamble mentality (which most people feel when they realize they could have researched better before investing).
