I not sure if the placement will do much driving down. I think the max we're entitled to $5000 worth or less than 2360 shares @ $2.12 per share - I guess it would take a lot of the exisitng faithful to sell and drive the price down.
Then again a quick trade when it hits $4.40 would get you nicely along to the party if you lived interstate.
