gap at 32 cents, page-15

Just did a bit of research on the two gaps at 33c that you hinted...

I know very little of TA - DISCLAIMER !!!!!

The gap on 27th April 2010 was due to the FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE due to the company announcement of Longtom production disruption....the sp reacted in the way it would and GAPPED DOWN and went all the way down to 19.5c on the 21st May 2010...

then it started its slow journey upwards and if I remember correctly, we had RC being appointed as the big kahuna....it reached back to 30c on the 2nd of August 2010, and the company had to request a TRADING HALT to douse the fires of talks of a TAKEOVER....the sp naturally reacted favourably to such a bullish news and GAPPED UP to open at 38c and had a southward swing to 33.5c to close at 37.5c for the day...thus creating the gap between 30c and 33.5c....

IMO the two gaps around 32c that you mentioned had extremely fundamental backing to it and unless there is no news in the next x weeks/months, it can drift to try and CLOSE that gap...

Will it close that gap, I have no idea.....can it close that gap, I HAVE NO IDEA about that too, but if I believed that things are falling in place for NXS and the sp has risen from lows of 19.5c to highs of 53.5c, then there is a fire behind all that smoke....

I have a good holding og NXS (compared to my other holdings - not compared to other posters)....but if I had some more cash on hand, NXS would definitely get some of it at these rates....but thats just me and everyone has his/her reasons to invest or stay on the sidelines....

But nice observation regarding the two gaps and it will be interesting to see if it fills that now or anytime in the near/distant future....
