Insideman, that gap to 95 is classed as an outside gap and has a lower fill rate. The touch to 97 also filled the outside gap. I'm not saying it won't fill however statistically it has a far lower fill rate than the standard 98% for inside gaps.
Practising accountant, I'm not sure I follow you on banks. They have close to the highest fill rates for all gap types and of the four majors there are very few unfilled gaps present.
