just thinking out loud and would appreciate peoples thoughts......

buy low sell high theory (for traders and investors here)

compared to the 15 cents high current share price seems low. could go lower ....

but my thinking is, if there are 3 good snnouncement due this month (or maybe with the beginning of may) if those big 200 mill buyers are still holding on to their shares and waiting to sell on the news, you'd expect the share price to be pumped and dumped on the announcements?

or unless those big buyers were the ones that cashed out at 11.5 the day or 2 days after.

ok, my thoughts to this. the daily chart shows the bollinger bands contracting. stochastics are oversold.

on the weekly chart the bollinger bands have set a range or channel now that the share price can still move between 7.8 cents and 15.5 cents.

now to the fundamental guys here, and TA guys, in a civilised manner, can PEN's share price go back to 15 again based on the chart and the 3 announcement due?
