What a lot of garbage, don't big note yourself based on a gap. The price does not move to close gaps. Any decent bit of news or a better market and your prediction would have been wrong.
There is no buying impetus on PRR, confidence is low, so the price is being pushed down by the big boys, nothing to do with any gap.
As we have broken st support there is every chance we could see 15.5.
