Askari I never said definitely I just stated what the norm is. Sure between now and 2017 there could be WW3 and nothing left of any of us but a binding agreement is clear step forward to a production goal, no company would sign one if they were not planning to do that. At the end of the day nothing said on HC will impact on the share price so this is all banter from people who have no impact on reality.
If any of the posters on here up or down rampers actually stood by what they posted they would use their full real name as their avatar and not made up names!!! That is why noone makes a buy sell decision baed on the crp that is posted on here!!
