After MM put her own $840k into BIT by converting 5m options, now she holds 5.95m shares at average price of 14.5c (if she didn't sell any, director notice is required to report within 5 business days after the change).
We haven't seen any director sells so far.
As the company is currently fully focused on achieving commercial transactions, I don't think directors can sell their shares due to the blackout rules.
