yes it could go lower with bad news ,but only till they start pumping the oil out ,i may have jumped a bit to early in buying ,but they are now locked in for the long haul. I now hold a big chunk in oil stock ,OEL ,88E CVN FAR ,and one that nobody wonts FPL ,now i just need a bit of luck ,for 1 or 2 to come good
