I suspect that vendor was arguing from a TA point of view that there are better companies out there at the moment.

From the strict TA point of view of buying into a clear uptrend that's probably a fair call.

SLR is going through a classic case of short to medium term issues impacting the SP horribly.

The big out-of-control risk is obviously POG, the company itself should based on past history work itself out.

I would guess FA fans could comfortably buy based on the only enormous risk being POG. TA fans might want to wait for a few clear obstacles to fall.

Me, I play the game both ways. I like the look of SLR at the moment at this price and if the jitters over the POG disappear it's on for young and old.
