These may not be dumps but simply stop losses that got triggered as sp dropped.
16.5 was touched but seems like no more stop losses were triggered so got back to 17.
I'd asssune anyone with large amount of shares would safeguard their investment with a stop loss in place.
Perhaps large investors want to accumulate more shares and so they drop price by selling small amount of shares to catch whatever is given to them at same price.
See what happens next.
