Gizard , I hear what you are saying. But I think you will find a 'very different animal' evolving here under Peter Bucks management , check out his track record with lion Ore , very impressive.
And yes , a consolidation and placement will happen this week , and has probably caused the sell-off today , but the stock is still up 50% or so on good volume over the past 3 weeks!!
The assets being bought have been valued at close to double the current s/p , so ....imo , with well located exploration assets , proven management , cash royalties from Eloise circa $5m per quarter and placement cash of $20m , this is a goer....
