My point being cannot see that building a mine at Kavinfield would be no more difficult than building a mine on the edge of Arenmland in the NT.But if can tell me the differnce in tonage i can compare the size of the mine processing plants.Bare in mind they build floating LNG PLANTS in the sea in cyclone areas.Expertise and manpwower is not an issue.
