I don't really know a lot about KCN as originally a DOM holder.
I don't know what DOM management were thinking when they pulled that deal, but not much I would suggest.
The last KCN announcement says: it is expected that Dominion will contribute approximately 40,000 ounces for the five months. So this suggest DOM mine back up to 100000 ounces per year and cost should be down in line with that.
Markets are pretty irrational, so lets hope that is all it is.
