Getting the recoveries up to plan won't really effect my NPV calc as this is based on their recent presentation which assumes that they fix the recoveries problem.
As I stated in my post, my NPV calc does not include upside from the company sourcing concentrate from elsewhere. This is where the whole investment proposition lies for PGI.
They have made such a mess of Las Lagunas that there is no real upside (beyond 10c) available from that deposit no matter what happens to the POG.
The plant is where the potential value now lies. If they can improve the recoveries as planned and source a viable feed of concentrate then the upside is potentially huge as Paul mentioned.
