I no longer comment on the PGI threads (generally) but do check in from time to time.
Paul; I don't think you are correct here. Unless management have explicitly stated that they have tested bulk samples of concentrate and achieved 40-50g/t I would be highly skeptical of making positive assumptions, especially in PGI's case.
I think the key word in your quote is "anticipated".
