    Peter Bond didnt say the shares were worth 4.50 the chinese through there proposed actions have - dont buy the shares if you dont do your homework - my opinion they are
    worth every cent the chinese are going to pay - linc should take the 4.50 they are getting and buy back the 1.10 ones
