With respect I think you and Kacy need to delve a little more deeply into what is "really" happening out there. I'm not nearly as confident as you are.

China is stitching up deals all over the world with other countries by pumping money into them to ensure they have supplies of what they need.

Furthermore the Chinese housing bubble is bursting and the USA is in serious decline with jobless numbers increasing by the day and people just not spending because either they are paying down debt or on an austerity drive, or quite simply don't have the money to spend.

THe South China Mall - the biggest in the world is 90% empty and whole estates have been built which are also empty.

I honestly would like to think it was all rosy but the reality is much different as I see it and I read and read and read and then read some more of those who write and don't have their rose coloured glasses on.
